I want to bring to your attention the marvelous personal service Monica, in your office, extended to my wife and I on our last cruise from Stockholm to Copenhagen, Denmark last July 20, 2012 on Regent Seven Seas. Our connection in Chicago to Scandinavian Airlines was a disaster. We arrived in Chicago with time to spare to make our connection. We got to the gate and the plane was at the gate, on time.
After waiting at the gate an hour after the scheduled departure time we were told the fight was cancelled and we needed to go to the Scandinavian Airlines gate to be re-routed. I called Monica and she located 2 seats on a Lufthansa Airlines and gave us a confirmation.
